I purchased the BC Bronco 2:1 exhaust system with the BC headers and installed them on a 347 with and NV3550. Since this is basically a one size fits all transmissions set-up I wasn't expecting a custom fit, just something to get me to the muffler shop. For those who are interested here's some pictures of the install and finished set-up. I used a Walker quietflow SS muffler.

PS fits over the cross-member for the transmission. The DS hangs low and the bend is right at the cross-member. This design was probably so it could fit Automatics, but due to the NV 3550 cross-member being low, the cross-over pipe has to hang down low. The PS pipe was about 2 inches too long and had to be cut.

The crossover pipe is really low thanks to the cross-member. Probably not a permanent set-up for most people. After the large Walker was installed, it hugs the frame nicely and it appears it won't interfere with the drive-shaft. The muffler sits above the front rear spring mount and below the body mount.

Once installed, the the DS hangs really low because of the NV 3550 cross-member. It works for my purposes, but when I get to the muffler shop, I'm going to have some new pipes made up.

Huh I have a 351w with a nv3550 and BC's 2 into 1 exhaust. My driverside pipe drops down and crosses right in front of the bellhousing tucked up in that valley behind the oil pan... It was a little tight and I had to tweek the pipes a bit to get good clearances all around but It doesn't hang low at all. I'm very happy with the way it came out

When did you get it? His systems used to be that way. This is his new one from my understanding. Also this is a 302 based block, don't know if that makes a difference.

Interested as well in any newer BC pipes, mine is about four years old, I'm mocking up an NV4500 with the same setup as AZ73 above except for 4500 part, I am thinking of two options: crossing over right behind the oil pan/bellhousing, or take the driver side pipe straight out the frame rail above the NV crossmember and crossover behind the D20 output low.

Here is a view with where I'd crossover behind bellhousing, then run two pipes out pass side above tranny mount one on top of the other. Come think of it, this is my plan, not going to cross behind D20 as it gets real tight trying to make the turn back into a muffler.
