My brother and I just took possession of a 1972 Baja Bronco. Andrew Norton dropped it off to me yesterday. Original paint, original engine, all original sheet metal. The top has never been off. Originally an Oregon truck, it's been sitting in California for 16 years.
It needs some work to get back on the road. The plan is to make it road worthy again and just clean it up and enjoy. It does fire right up, runs and stops. It's pretty cool.

We think it came with blue wheels.

Congrats on the find! I am on board with you getting it road worthy and just driving it. That's what I did when I got my 70 model.

How was it optioned from Stroppe? Some of the NW 72 Stroppe's didn't get the full package. Some where 3 speeds with manual steering, and 3:50 gears.

Glad it ended up in good hands. I loved the pics of when it was found. That is a super cool find.

Awesome! I agree with the "survivor" strategy. Just clean it up and get it mechanically sound, and enjoy!
