1972 Bronco - Dash light switch and ignition cylinder removal?

I am disassembling my dash (it is out of the bronco). How do I get the light knob off? The others have a set screw, this one does not. Also, how do you remove the ignition cylinder from the dash?

The light knob you need to reach behind the dash and press the little button on top of the light switch while pulling the knob. The knob and shaft will slide out.
