Noticed the other day that the 66' f100 tailgate tooling at the top has the same "ledge" as on a 66' bronco. The tooling on the 67' f100 tailgate has the "bump" like a 67'-77' bronco does.

Was Ford making their bronco tailgates in 66', or was Budd making f100 tailgates? Anyone know what was what?

Well budd had to get the plans from ford and '67 being a style change yr for the F series so maybe why the changes to EB's?

Just a guess by the way.
