67 Bronco painless harness Headlight issues

Just installed a painless harness. Having headlight issues.

-Headlights work all the time when switched on
-Front and rear blinkers work by themselves (no headlights)
-Hazard work by themselves (no headlights)

If I turn on headlights, front and rear blinkers stop working. Front illuminate like a park light but won’t blink. Rear will do nothing illuminate or blink.

With headlights on rear brake lights— right brake light will work, left will not. With headlights off brake lights work as should.

This rig doesn’t have park lights. I have the correctly marked pigtail plugged in.

I have rework my grounds with new hardware and holes.

I have unplugged each headlight and front blinker individually to see if one was causing a short. No change.

I have a new steering column pigtail/turn signal harness. I’ve gone thru it 3 times and had a different person go thru it. It is wired correctly.

Head light switch is new

Front and rear turn signal buckets are original

I need help. I’m at a loss to find the issue.

All other parts of painless harness appear to be functioning correctly.
