I am still making them. It may take 3-4 weeks because of work load and other things going on but still making them.

Hello, Newbie to the site! I'm pretty sure I'm breaking all kinds of etiquette rules, but My boss owns a '76 Bronco and is interested in your tubular doors. How much for a set shipped to 35611. Also question about the hinge set up, do we use our OEM hinges (knock out the pins) or do we get complete different hinges (bolt on)?

Thanks in advance!

I will chime in since I own a set.
You can buy an expensive set of lift off hinges OR what I and others have done is drill out the hinges on your doors and the set that attaches to the body. This way you can use a simple 5/16's bolt and locking nut to secure the doors off and on.
Hope this helps & welcome to the site!

Thanks for the price quote. I realize this isn't a "how to" page, but in trying to decide which hinge option to order for these tube doors I have a question. How are the stock hinge pins removed without damaging the factory doors? The upper pin doesn't look like it will come out without contacting the door, as it rolls out just above the upper hinge location.

The best way to remove the stock hinge pins is to remove the entire hinge from the door and the door post. They come out pretty hard some times if they are original. I think the head can then be sanded down to clear for reinstalling in the future.

Rob, I absolutely LOVE my new doors!! You do an amazing job with them. I got them today and already have them up with lift off hinges. I had to drill a little and get trailer pins for the WH hinges I have, but they fit like a glove when I was all done bro.. Here's some pictures before I powder coat and put 14" head banger black arm rests I have on ordered ;D

Way classy man - my pass side door pillar is a little soft so I avoid using that door at all possible. The tube door will allow my fiance to climb in without going through the back, lol.

Where did you get that nice foam padding?

Thanks man! I love them :).. Rob does an awesome job with these. I took out my grinder when I got them and cleaned them up real nice. They cost me $50 each to powder coat them here in town. As for those arm rest looking things, I called Wildhorses 4X4 and asked if they could make 14" (That was the size I measured and figured would be best) Roll bar headbangers for 1 3/4" tubing. They said they could and even had a selection of colors I could have them made. To make the doors able to lift off I drilled the holes out and used trailer pins from Ace hardware.... Your fiancé will love 'em
