colored stripes on vacuum hoses

red, green, blue stripes, on different vacuum hoses on my '74 what's the difference between them and does anyone make a repro?

They're striped differently to aid in routing them. Ford's routing diagrams are marked accordingly.
Repro ones are available. Check out any of the larger Mustang parts suppliers. I bought some for my BOSS 302 but can't remember where. Maybe Dead Nuts On? Google is your friend.
