I have a tubular core support in place of the stock front support and was test fitting my radiator today. I know there is some concern about the distance from the radiator to the explorer serp fan. I don't have my fan yet but wanted to see how much different my set-up will put the radiator? From my measurement, it looks like it is 5.5" from the nose of the water pump. Is this close to the stock distance? Just want to know if I have room to push the radiator back some to fit a larger AC condenser. Thanks.

It looks like you have plenty of room, if your going to run a clutch fan i believe they are like 3.75 inch deep.

Thanks AMAC (and everyone for the compliments, too). I would like to get the largest condenser in there that I can. I'm limited by the design of the support, but if I push the radiator toward the fan an inch or two, I'm hoping I will be fine.

Very nice, I should have done the same....Just too many options and not enough time.
