CA Heater Fan Control Switch with Dash Knob

I am looking for a good usable dash heater/fan control switch with knob and cable. I know all of the vendors carry them, just looking to see if anyone has a good used one first. I could also use the other two knobs (just the knob) for the other two heater controls. Thanks.
