Please join us for a Lonestar Early Bronco Club Meet & Greet on Saturday October 3, 2015. Lee Novikoff has agreed to host a combined South and Central Areas M&G and tour of his shop and garage. You've seen several very cool projects that Lee has posted here on CB and this is a chance to see them in person!

Most LEBC M&G's are held at local restaurants - this time we're bringing the restaurant to the M&G! John, our South Texas Area Director, has arranged for a BBQ catering truck to provide lunch available for purchase. From John's announcement: "We're planning a South/Central Texas Meeting at Lee Novikoff's shop in Cibolo on Saturday, October 3, 2015. If you've never been to Lee's shop you need to come out and look at all the neat projects and other stuff. Here's the deal. We'll meet late morning and we plan to have a food truck come out for lunch and everyone can order off their menu and pay individually."

Here are directions to Lee's shop: From San Antonio go north on IH35 to exit 178 then turn right on FM-1103. Go 1.8 miles on FM-1103 and turn left on Green Valley Rd. Go 0.8 miles on Green Valley Rd to Scenic Hill Lane and turn left. Follow Scenic Hill Lane to the end and you have arrived at Lee's.

From Austin go south on IH35 to exit 178 then turn left on FM-1103. Go 1.8 miles on FM-1103 and turn left on Green Valley Rd. Go 0.8 miles on Green Valley Rd to Scenic Hill Lane and turn left. Follow Scenic Hill Lane to the end and you have arrived at Lee's.

For those who use a maps app or a gps input Lee's address which is 390 Scenic Hill Lane, Cibolo, TX 78108

Note on directions from Lee: They have been doing some construction so the left on Green Valley not marked and it is a little confusing. When you are coming down 1103 turn left on the small road after the stop light (right at 1.8 miles down). You can also plug the address into your GPS but make sure you come down 1103 to Green Valley.

This M&G is not limited to South and Central LEBC members - other area members and non-members are invited! So come check out Lee's garage and projects and check out the Club if you're not already a member!

Hope to see you there!!

I'm going to try and swing it. I've been there before. It's worth anyone's trip. His garage has a lot of cool toys!

An update from John:

"REMINDER...OCBR is over so our next big Bronco event is this Saturday, October 3, at Lee's shop in Cibolo. We've confirmed that KHill's Barbecue Wagon is pulling in about 9:30 am to set up and start the feast. Remember that it's individual ordering and paying. Everyone should show up about 11-11:30 am for the fun. Directions to Lee's were provided earlier so there should be no problems getting there but watch for LEBC signs with arrows at the two left turns at Green Valley and Scenic Hill Lane. See you there."

One of these days I will make a meeting and a RoundUp event. Being 3 hours west of San Antonio makes it a bit difficult. But one of these days :)

Hope you can make it to an event one day! This will be a good one - I'm looking forward to seeing some of Lee's projects: His daughters Bronco "Sweet 16", his KOH racer project, his Camaro Texas Mile car, and some others????

Bumping this to the top again! Tomorrow is the day!

Come on out if you can make it. Weather looks to be good - partly cloudy, no ran, high of 89. Perfect for a top down cruise thru the Hill Country!

We'll have the new LEBC hats available for purchase in green, pink and camo. Plus we have some leftover shirts from the Round Up at a discounted price! ;D

Hope to see some new faces and some new Bronco's there!

We had a great turnout yesterday with probably 40 people (I didn't get an exact count) and 14 Broncos (including Lee's) plus a cool kit Cobra. Most folks came in daily drivers including folks from Houston, Abilene and the DFW area. Neeedless to say, Lee's yard and driveway was packed! The catering truck provided some of the best BBQ I've tasted in a while. And the weather was perfect! Thanks to Lee and Kelly for hosting and thanks to John for helping set this up. If you have not seen Lee's garage and shop it's very impressive.

I've uploaded pics to the LEBC website HERE. But here are a few.
