OK Looking for 15x7 slot rim, or a set of 4 slots

I am looking for a slot wheel that matches the style in the pictures attached. It is 15x7 with I believe 3 5/8 backspacing. It has a “15x7 PC” stamp on the inside.

I would also be interested in a set of of 4 vintage slots that are 15x7 with 3 1/2” backspacing since I am probably looking for a needle in a haystack.
