you need to work on your censorship skills Mary, just sayin ;D

I've only ever been to one beach you could drive on (well besides Alaska, but I don't call that a 'beach') and that was in Corpus Christi back in '97...I'll have to add Driving my Bronco on the beach to my bucket list. Nice find!

We used to drive on Daytona Beach years ago during the Rod Run. Just have to watch out for clueless tourists and the incoming tide.... Rather find a quiet country road in the mountains any day tho, more fun and no salt!

My wife and I always talk about we’d love to take a ride down A1A all the way from Virginia Beach to Key West. Any takers?

Sounds like fun.....bet a number of folks near the coast could join in for at least parts of the route, and would know points of interest, places to eat and stay, etc. We could hand you off along the way like the Olympic torch!

Nice EB from Coastal Living. As if we didn't have enough trouble with rust, I can guarantee a drive on the beach will accelerate things exponentially!

These are my friends Chance and Erika. They are the best. Chance built that Bronco for Erika and surprised her with it when he proposed to her years ago. He had it parked on that very beach with a sign that read “FOR ERIKA” in the same font and color as a FOR SALE sign. Ring was on the front seat. The best part is that is how they actually go to the beach, minus the fancy baskets and stuff. We’ve had many bon fires on that beach with Christmas lights strung from Bronco to Bronco. It’s pretty much my favorite place in the world.
