Hi. If I changed the stock power steering pump to a Saginaw, do I still need to use the stock oil cooler with the single tube and fins?

Thanks

A cooler is always recommended, but it does not have to be the factory one.

Depending what you plan to use your rig for, it might be time to upgrade?

For me hooking up the cooler seemed to help me. Maybe its position helped get trapped air out.
While I am sure my aftermarket cooler is keeping my ps fluid cooler it somehow helped the system be smoother too.

I've seen cars boil the PS fluid on a simply winding road with no cooler. My '77 that has the OE cooler has never over heated. They work and you already have one. I don't see why you wouldn't use it. Ford got them a lot cheaper than we can, and they only included them with an extra cost cooling package.
