PA Pretty cool power inverter (factory option?)

Here is something super cool, this was mounted on the inner fender of a bronco I purchased that has 14k miles on it!

It says its a power converter, It was attached directly to the back of the alt. the truck was not running so I did not test but by the looks of it I have no doubt it would work.

Pretty cool, I have never seen anything like this before.

No idea of value but I think $30 sounds fair.
