Ring and Pinion Question ? 9" inch

how many teeth on the ring and pinion will equate for a 4.10 is gear ratio ?
Ive got a third member and want to doublecheck it.( out of the axle housing)

37 on ring gear and 9 on pinion I think
Its ring gear divided by pinion.
