Up for sale is a complete set up to add serpentine belt drive to your Early Bronco. All pieces have been grit blasted and painted with engine paint. Nicely detailed and ready to install on your truck. See pic for more detail. This is a very nice upgrade. No more belt squeal or thrown belts. Alternator (not included) is capable of providing more charging power than stock Bronco and p.s. pump is improved as well. Clutch fan is yet another improvement or can go Taurus electric fans (not included) as you have more clearance to the radiator. See awesome tech article for details of the installation.

This set up includes all the unique attaching bolts. Timing pointer also included. The idler pulleys all spin nicely. The fan clutch has no noticeable wobble and no evidence of leaks from the p.s. pump. Also included is a piece of the hi pressure power steering hose to get started with that hook up. Partial alternator harness also provided. As these came from salvage yard no guarantee can be made. That said, there are no obvious defects or known problems.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Set up does not include the a.c. compressor, alternator or water pump, as you would most likely replace them anyway. Why pay to ship them?
Price is $325 + shipping. prefer postal money order. If paying by paypal please mark as a gift.
thanks for looking.

I can't quite remember when you got my set-up for me but it was quite awhile ago. I have made two Tennessee trips from Orlando, Florida to Supercel with it and it is just so superior to anything else out there. The write-up here on classicbroncos.com is the bible for this modification with tips and tricks that are critical to success. I could not be more pleased with Sanndmann's communication, knowledge and generosity. Sir you do this community a great services.
And fellas if you go try to get this yourself at the junkyard expect to forget stuff, know that when you go back to the same vehicle next weekend at the junk yard it will be gone or picked through. Sanndmann has been grabbing these for years and knows what we need. It's easy for him...far easier than it will be for you and he knows every bolt you "will not" be able to get anywhere else. He knows how convenient it can be to have the junk yard ps pump (if its still there) to mock-up your ps lines....point here is "He Knows".

Love this mod...it ultimately solved a "running too warm" issue i had been having for 25 years.
There is no mechanical fan that can move more air than the Explorer sbf fan.

If you are running a 351 Windsor you will go from not having enough clearance between the fan and the radiator to having too much, lol.

The poor house
I started installing this kit over the weekend. I have a 92 mustang motor and a saginaw pump and bracket with no AC. I've poured over the write up and it is great, but I'm dumb as rocks and need some clarification. Does the 92 mustang motor have the correct balancer, 50oz? Does my waterpump need to be the reverse rotation pump? And finally, does anyone have a picture of this set up on their mustang motor? I know I'm asking a lot. I just want to be sure. Thank you everyone!

You'll need to use an Explorer balancer as part of the conversion changeover. Yes, the water pump needs to be the reverse rotation pump - specifically the Explorer one. I have the Explorer dress on my '91 Mustang engine, which is physically identical to your '92 engine.
