I want to first say that I am in NO WAY trying to take away from the cruise events that Bronco Driver is hosting in Townsend. If I had a road worthy Bronco, I would be there doing that.

This is for anyone who is coming to Townsend and does not have a streetable Bronco and doesn't mind a little rock rash.

I am leaving straight from work and staying in Oliver Springs, TN Thursday night. I plan on wheeling Friday and being in Townsend Friday night, hopefully in time to eat ;D

There are at least one or two other Broncos coming that I know of. If you are interested in coming to wheel let me know and we can figure out details like when/where to meet. I do know that there is a big ATV event that same weekend so the earlier we get on the trails the better. That will get us off of the trails early enough to get loaded up and into Townsend for some food and good ole' Bronco talking.

Mine Bronco is a mall crawler, but I would still like to get together in Harlan sometime with my other ride... If my trailer had room for two, I could bring them both- one for Coal Creek and the other for Townsend!! ;D

Never been to Coal Creek- is it outside Knoxville? Hows the wheeling compare to Harlan?

Yes, I do want to ride with you up in Harlan. Since the MEB moved Fawl Crawl I don't know when I will go, but definitely want to get up there this year! We will have to make plans to do this.

Coal Creek / Windrock is just outside of Knoxville... actual town is Oliver Springs. The wheeling is similar to Harlan in my opinion. It's owned by an energy company. There are old coal mines, wind turbines, and natural gas wells throughout the monster property.

Looks like the Coal Creek trip is cancelled due to weather. 80% chance of severe thunderstorms. I'll be in Townsend Friday afternoon - see ya'll there :D
