Turn Signal on the Fritz

Guys,

The turn signals on my 69 have quit working. The hazard lights work when the knob is pulled. I've replaced the 20amp fuse that the blinkers run on (this fuse trips quite often, which is a whole other issue), and I've replaced the blinker assembly under the dash.

The signal arm doesn't reset after left turns, but does on right turns. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but thought I'd include as much info as possible.

Any ideas?
