VIN help question on incorrect stamp

After examining and tweaking the photo. I am confident that is suppose to be a 6 that has been damaged. There is another 6 in the Vin look at it and then at the suspect "C" you can see the top curve ends at the same exact spot on the 6 and if you examine the backside of the suspect "C" its got a spot that is just visible where the loop for a six would meet up on the back wall of the suspect "C".

Amazing that you can tell that by looking at four square inches of the entire frame %)
