hey folks , we have to ban together so shut down rick halle's sites . he has screwed way too many people, and his sites are up and working as of today .
and today a post from a fellow bronco owner, who has been the latest statistic in the fraudulent sceme of things.

bronco covers.com bronco specialtys.com and sim enhancer.com

just called the 1 877 973 5273 it is a good number , to use to file the complaint with the web site host... it is not a confrence call number.
everyone in the universe needs to call and file a coimplaint. the man on the line ,said , absoulutely they will check into it . and they will send me a recipt on what is being done. they do not want to be sued for hosting a fraudulend site.

Interesting that I find this post on here. A while back a friend of mine paid for a trail cover for his EB to use while camping. I have forwarded this to him so he can join the cause.

I called the number and was told for us not to call! They can not help us! They provide a service for a customer that is in good standing with them. Only a police department can request information, and only a police department can request them to shut down a fraudulant website.

well , they will learn the hard way i suppose. it is a shame that there is so many people on that site who have their eyes closed.
i my self was one that said "give him a chance" but this is getting out of hand . we will see how the community responds i guess . i personally have not lost any money , but he has gotten away with one of my tops ,that was on loan ,for a pattern , as i know him personally, i gave him the benifit of the doubt. but now he has even dissapeared to his so called personal friends.about 5 to 8 months since i have heard from him.havent seen him in person in about two years.

i can be your best friend to the death , or your worst enemy till the death . you can decide on which you prefer . {basic motto i guess}

Hey guys, this is bpassmore (on here through link on IH8MUD) - I have since sold my Broncos (67,70, and a 74) and have gone the import route.

Fraudulent vendors are important to us as well. Unfortunately more Bronco owners got shafted than the FJ guys, and I am sorry 'bout that.

I will pass this hosting info on to the 'Mud community as well.

Hopefully this will help a few people out. If you can hit this guy from more than one angle at a time, I think the psychological effect will work in your favor. Losing his web sites, having suits filed against him, bench warrants, etc all at once.....

BTW, I hope nobody holds it against me that I share the same last name with your scammer (No relation that I'm aware of!)

Kinda off topic but not really.

We in the Rottweiler world have a breeder in Tenn who has screwed over many many people. The list of things they say she has done would take up 3 pages. Someone fixed her good LOL. I don't know how they did it but someone made a site and it some how is connected to her site. When you go to her web site it takes you to a complaint page with pictures and many MANY complaints. Maybe someone should look into doing something like this ...

I don't buy anything unless there is an address and I can talk to someone. I check to make sure the address is legit. There are too many scammers out there.

yes , unfortuneately there are a bunch of lazy asses, who figure to make their living ,by ripping people off ...and once they get started, it is a never ending scenerio ,as it seems .
