Im currently in the process of replacing the front floor in my eb and am thinking of putting a bench seat in. I've seen pics of benchseats in full cabs but i'd like some input from people who have them. Are they worth it, comfortable, is it hard to get in the back.

pros and cons people

are you talking stock bench, or something custom? I've got a 60/40 split out of a Ranger in my halfcab, but could see it in a full cab, it folds forward. I think it would make it a little easier to get in back.

Mine's out of a '99. The '99 and newer have a bend up near the top, make it fit into the halfcab a little better. If I would do a full cab again, I think I'd go with one of these, it's a pretty comfortable seat too.

I saw a bench where the builder changed the floor to be just like thew driver side. That way there was room for the air dome for the third fuel tank.
I hate buckets. The auto manufacturers made us think they are cool. With a bench, my sweetie can sit next to me.

I used a 60/40 split bench from an S-10 and it fit great, was more comfy and looked like it was made for it.

I liked it a lot but went with race style buckets because they hold me in better when rock crawling. If mine was still a street rig, the bench would still be in it.

I'm not physically able to climb over the seats but that's a whole different story. I've had friends do it no problem as long as you don't knock your head on the rollbar... %)

i mean to get in the back by sliding the passenger seat up and leaning it forward. not climbing over the seat.

those look good...do they sit tall? or may i ask how tall you are? Im 6'1" and already have to duck down at stop lights to see when it turns green.

I don't think they sit too tall, I'm 5'11" and don't seem to have any problems. I think it has a lot to do with the mounting. I've got them mounted to a 1" tube frame that attaches to the stock seat mounting holes. So I think you could get them a little lower even than I have them.
