I feel stupid

I shifted my J shift out of 2 H and now can’t seem to get it back It will pull in 4L but can’t seem to get anything else.

Any ideas ?

Well the idiot that’s me figured it out

I was needing to pull it away from the dash after neutral and for some reason I thought go towards dash. Guess I was treating like an old gear shift and going up a gear
