Im still learning just how much money disappears doing one of these to a high level. Education can be expensive. I thought I could do a nice one for 50 to 60K all in. It is not working out that way. I searched and found a sound donor, it was complete but not run in decades. Due to mission creep all that remains is the axle housings, frame, original body, seat frames and steering column. Also a lot of original parts like the wiper assemblies, heater, controls etc. It is probably my last project and I wanted to go out with a bang, so it in all reality is over done. That said, when done, I would put it up against anything going over the block at B/J.

I did notice that in some pictures, but its straight. This is a photo I took the last time I saw it in person. Someone commented on BaT about it and my dad posted a picture of a level across the door and front fender to show its straight.

My BaT rant...
Been watching BaT for years. Even sold a truck there once. Generally good going through stuff. There are plenty of restomod/custom/restored vehicle. A lot of flippers. Read the description and the seller has only owned if for 6 months and the work done is mostly stuff to get it ready to sell. And there are some dealers in there as well. ...
I see way too much junk sell for way too high to the untrained eye. After watching a vehicle be flipped on BaT that I knew every dark secret, I would NEVER buy anything from BaT.

Somebody told me BAT got bought out by a private equity company . Where I live in Arizona they’re buying up a bunch of air-conditioning companies and that’s definitely a rip off for the customer.
