For anyone who's gone, is it likely that any of the local hotels have enough space for car hauler parking? I know we could camp but I'm really not set up for that.

There is truck and trailer parking on site, but yes I believe a few have the space. I’d call and ask before making reservations if you’re not comfortable leaving it at the event field.
