Are you flat towing? It's hard to zoom in on your picture, is the jacked-up from the race spinning? What lubricant are you using?

It's an option, but the profile of the twin-stick rails has no ramps, it would be a pain in the ass to shift. I will mock some up today (I cant believe I havent done that yet).....

Thanks Yeller, yeah I know a guy (or two) for 205 parts, upgrade/stock. Our first EB had the same systems right before we upgraded to 31sp axles. And similar symptoms right before I fished 3 ring-gear teeth out of the housing.
