Here ya go. This should help.
Basically, the latch with knob clamps around the edge of the glass with the rubber in between. The sliding piece can then slide over the upright window channel on the door and, when extended, keep the window from being opened.
Unless someone wants to simply pry it open and bust the glass that is. ;D

You can see in the second pic how it has slid down a bit from where the glass is a bit dirty.

Wow that was easy, thank you for the help, saved me a lot of time and probably prevented me from busting my own windows :)

Great! Glad it helped. Now I'm going to bed... Too much staring at computer screens dulls the senses.

Oh, and welcome to CB by the way! Forgot to add that, what with all the excitement of being able to go outside and look at a Bronco for a few minutes. My manners just went right out the window vent.

Anyway, if you have any more questions, fire away and someone should be able to at least point you in the right direction.
Enjoy.

I had a set of those and they worked pretty well to lock the window. The problem is they create a gap in the wind wing rubber seal when closed. I couldn't handle the air whistling through the leak. I messed up my tunes! so I threw the locks away and installed an alarm system.
