Well the new clutch helps a bit. The vibration moved from starting at 2500 to starting at 3500 RPM. So that's much better. However, I still have the drone that I thought was directly related to the vibration. I guess that's probably the cheap tires I bought for it, or possibly the lack of a good front end alignment. I'm headed to a doctor's appt in the morning an hour and half away. I'll be able to put up with it all the way. I mean, c'mon, all I'm asking for is COMPLETE PERFECTION!!!??? Anyway, to whoever suggested fan clutch first, you get SOME credit. I still need to run it without the belt, but I didn't have enough time today. Maybe Saturday. I HATE dealing with anything under the hood on this thing after it's been running for a while to get to operating temp.

I don't know the explanation, someone told me the fluid is like a silicon that can harden up, or maybe it gets contaminated and can't flow everywhere it needs to. So I sorta think of it as the fluid is in half the coupling and not the other, so you have MAYBE a few ounces or less than an ounce of an imbalance, you just don't feel it until higher RPM.
mine was a stock fan. not a fan clutch. no fluid, silicon whatever. not saying it's the OP's problem. It was mine.

I replaced the fan with a brand new one, since the old one was cracking out.???
