Those hoses linked above won't work with your setup. They'll work with a WH/Ron Davis 5.0 radiator with the switched inlets/outlets. For the top, the top hose that generally works best is the 68 Pontiac GTO hose (fits a bunch of other applications as well). For the bottom, some folks get the early '00s 7.3 Super Duty hose to work. Others use the crossover tubes that various vendors sell.

I haven't seen that shroud before, is that for a stock Bronco radiator?
No , that is electric fan 2spd from a o4 jeep liberty, but it is on a stock original radiator with custom mounts and some trimming ,, three bolts across the top and one connector, could be removed sis minute or so..Oh o and to the OP my lower hose is the pipe WH sells and bronco lower hose cut to fit in place.

on the lower you will need to find a crossover tube since the lower on the radiator is on the opposite side.

I went to the Gates website and bought flex hoses. You can comb through the offerings and find a hose with the correct diameter ends. I'm using the explorer 5.0 serpentine with the explorer radiator on a 351W. I may have my part numbers somewhere, but you will likely need different ones for your 5.0. I found a bottom hose that fits perfectly. I had to trim the top hose about 3/4" to fit under the hood and over the alternator and belt. Just saw the type radiator you're using, so, nevermind. I don't think any of this applies to you!

Need help on the lower hose (Bc Broncos pipe)
What's the best way to put it on? The end hoses first ? Then the pipe ?

I've tried a couple different ways & it either feels like there's not enough pipe in the hose or it seems very slightly kinked

Please see photos to see if it looks like I have the rubber ends on the correct side Thaxs

You have them installed correctly in terms of the sides. The almost-90 deg. end on the pass side does look a little short/kinked when it's installed. I usually install the rubber piece on the radiator first and then slide the pipe up into it if that makes sense. I'll try and remember to look at my pieces at home to make sure the length of the "legs" on that side look right.
