That was OE? What screws in to the sides? Temp sender or ?? I haven't run an OE intake on anything since
'76 but that I don't recognize

Yes OE not sure what else goes to it. Most have them blocked off.

Just buy any fitting that works. Any decent auto parts store will have a half dozen to chose from that will look almost the same- basic 90deg fitting with hose.

The stock 302 in my '69 has a simple 90° elbow there. If nothing else is attached to it, I'd go that route and avoid the possibility that the plugged extras fittings might leak.

I’ve seen it before. I also think the dizzy has to be removed to turn it into place because when turning the elbow hits base of dizzy. I used a straight 2” outlet there and then a heater hose with a 90° bend on that end. Looks great.
