We have now finished the duff 4 link chassis with 5.5 lift. The kit calls for a 2 inch body lift but we were able to do it with a 1 inch body lift. The rear shock mount bracket had to be modified (wider) to clear everything and mount to the rear Curie axle. The front sway bar links are not nearly long enough. We have not extended them yet. We were able to shoe horn in a 4x4x2 steering box with a WCB mounting bracket. We also had to install the body and remove it a couple of times to insure the rear tires were centered in the wheel well openings and everything cleared.. I am very pleased with the front steering geometry with the track bar being parallel to the draglink. We will be upgrading to King shocks. Painted body will go on this week. Mark in San Diego, Beach City Broncos.

Looks good! Are you going to tap the 4x4x2 box for ram-assist?

I'm amazed that you found an old WCB 4x4x2 mount! It was a good product and I'm surprised someone else hasn't started to make them.

Technical question to help educate me. Isn’t this technically a triangulated 3 link rear suspension and a 3 link front suspension with track bar / panhard bar?

And getting to the topic of more interest to me, I’ve been told a front sway bay isn’t needed on a linked front end.

Reason I ask is I have a triangulated rear link setup with rear sway bar, and a track bar / panhard bar linked front with no sway bar.

Always seemed a bit odd to me so hoping experts can chime in.
