Half Cab or Softtop

I have a 66 U14. Got rid of hardtop 3 years ago as it was rusted and installed bestop soft top. Realized that actually my bronco was a halfcab originally based on VIN. I only got into Broncos 5 years so didnt know it was originally a halfcab when I got it.. you live and learn I guess.

So my question is should I keep it as soft top look? or put a halfcab on it to make it more stock? (it has 3.5 suspension now all typical upgrades). Do Bronco half cabs have higher market value than bronco soft tops by any chance? Reason I ask this is I really got a good deal on a half cab top so trying to figure if its worth changing the look

My 2 cents is that since it's a U14., and you already got a really good deal on a half cab, I'd definitely keep the top and Bronco together. To answer your actual question I'd say just go with the one you like more. When it comes time to sell be sure to advertise that it's a factory U14 Half-Cab version Bronco and comes w the correct top.

You could do both, soft-top+half-cab (I would keep the half-cab top with it)...
