Is the small tubing behind the windshield for cable operated wipers?

Have fun at OCBR!
It’s the fuel vent on the B pillar. Picture angle does make it look like behind the windshield though.

Thanks @jmhend for reminding me I should follow up!

The Pro-Flo has been great so far. it is good out of the box, but to be great it requires some tuning in the advanced settings section. I did learn that the teflon paste I use on a lot of stuff is not suitable for fuel systems. Here's a picture of us discovering a large fuel leak dripping onto the transmission a few inches away from the passenger header. All traces of the ptfe paste were dissolved where the fuel pressure sender screws into the fuel rail. We ended up using a piece of a thick plastic bag as thread seal to get off the trail. Speaking of that I need to pull that sensor and put some thread tape on it

DO NOT USE PTFE TAPE on your fuel system! Never fails you will have a small piece get loose in the fuel system, exactly what you do not want in your injectors. Same for the plastic bag, but you gotta do what you gotta do on the trail. Use a product like Loctite 567, Blue Monster, or Gasoila.

Blue Monster is probably the most readily available, not to mention least expensive, just about every plumbing supply, hardware, and home improvement store will have it. FYI Blue Monster is what was used on the Rokit Buggy 22 years ago and has been trouble free since.

The charcoal canister on the vent works perfect. No gas smell in the garage. I did have to fix a small issue. When we mad the vent portion that goes out of the tank and around the top of the cage for rollover protection I accidentally made a P trap like on a toilet. :cautious: So once I got to OCBR and got on enough of an incline to fill the p trap with fuel I no longer had a vent and the tank started to pressurize, and once it built enough pressure it started pushing fuel out around every gasket and bolt it could on the tank. When I got home I redid the small loop on the vent line that dipped below the tank and fixed that inadvertent p trap issue.

I ordered some tape that says it is okay for fuel systems, but after hearing this I think I'll just get some of your recommended product.
