RuddStuff Specialties delivery problems?

Update for my Ruff Stuff saga...

Emailed Ruff Stuff a third time regarding an order placed on Jan 11. No response and that was sent a week ago.
Called them this morning to inquire. The sales guy said they were still waiting on the production of the parts. So, I asked to cancel and he didn't hesitate at all to oblige.
Me thinks they are going through some real problems there.

Gonna fab the parts myself.

I have no experience with ruff stuff. I do have experience with vendors that are always out of product and keep making promises that never happen or don't respond. The plus side is people are getting refunded for now. When suppliers stop supplying it usually has something to do with payments. Sometimes they need to find new vendors or start making product in house. Hopefully this isn't the case here but it isn't looking good.

I've been waiting for leaf spring plates for about a month that were supposedly in stock. Emailed several times with no response. I'll probably call Monday.

thought Id update this thread , Ruff Stuff is no longer.
Apperent issues back when this thread was started . seems Travis Riley attemted to buy out business but something didnit work out .. Ruff stuff desolved , Travis started over with a new but similar buisness at the same location,,
I have not ordered from them . just though I'd update..

travis is good people. Known him for a few years now and he now owns all the rights to the ruffstuff products. Think of ruffstuff 15 years ago, smaller outfit, but same quality parts and parts are being shipped on time, as well as them being honest on the phone if they do not have something in stock. I have done a few orders with riley mtn motorsports and it's been great.

Travis was fairly responsive and eventually took care of me last fall while under Ruff Stuff. Wishing all involved the best.
