    Uh-Oh

I am replacing both output pinions on my 74 (transfer case) I am reusing both the old pinion nuts and washers, when I noticed there is a rubber washer that sits behind the metal washer. I only have one of the rubber washers, is it necessary to have both rubber washers ,or can I run without them?

    Pinion Nut Anyone?

I had my 9" rebuilt last year, all new parts. For some reason the person doing this job never told me the pinion yolk was trashed, and it leaked on me all last summer. So I just replaced the yolk and seal, and was wondering what the torque specs are on the pinion nut? Thanks for your help
