    centech wiring help

    Ford uses an inductive ammeter. Different than the ones shown in your diagram. There is a loop on the back of the gage that the wire must pass thru. I think I disconnected mine on one end passed thru loop and reconnected.

    Centech fuses.

    My Bronco has a new Centech wiring harness. Can someone tell me the correct size fuse for the brake lights. I am having trouble blowing fuses. I suspect the one I am using is too small. Thanks.

    efi with fuel pressure problems

    If you shoot fuel into a bucket you should get a strong stream. Try it first at the tank outlet. Also check voltage at the pump.

    My warranty plate lists the axle code as B8L. I know B8 is a 3.50 Limited Slip axle but what does the L mean?

    Also I coat all my gaskets with Permatex Hi Tack. I haven't had a leak since using it.

    EFI Fuel Pumps

    I agree totally with Broncobowser. I worked with EFI pumps for several years. Lots of cheap copies from China. A Genuine Walbro will run for over a year continuously. Key is a clean tank to start, a good inlet strainer and mount it in the tank.

    Agree totally with Broncobauser. I worked with EFI pumps for years. A GENUINE Walbro should work for years. Pump good strainer on the inlet mount it in tank and make sure the tank is clean.

    I had that issue once. Debris in fuel tank was clogging inlet screen. Clean tank and a new screen fixed problem.

    I run stock hoses with a 2 in body lift. Fit and work fine.

    I would convert to Duraspack ignition, rebuild carb and drive it. I did that and I have enough power and it runs great.
