Just reading the small print. You know how they don't always enforce the rules....but it is in writing. Parking is no longer included in an annual pass. If you let your pass expire you won't get it back when you renew. Don't call BS until you go read the fineprint on the website.

I would measure the od of the bearing races you pulled and see if someone had not already modified the case. Those are actual roller bearings, not babbett bearings. The races should not spin in the case. Let us all know how it ends up.
