Looking for a timing pointer for my 1976 302. For some reason, my motor does not have one.

I just installed a 2" body lift and I am looking for a radiator shroud with an offset to realign it with the fan. Anyone have one laying around their garage they want to part with?

Can someone tell me what the recommended torque is for the cover plate bolts on a Dana 20 transfer case. Mine was leaking so I installed a new gasked and I must have over tightened it because the new gasket cracked. I cannot find the spec in the shop manuals I have.

Well, I guess everyone's rig is set up alittle different, so results will vary I suppose. I did tune the carb, check the plugs and and all the other troubleshooting I stated previously. I did think the 470 was right for my rebuilt (.030 over) 302. All I can say is that my problem disappeared...

A few months back I installed a Holley 470 Truck Avenger on my 302. I chose the 470 because the tool I used on the Holley web site indicated the 470 was the right size for the 302, plus I did the calculation and 470 cfm should have worked (in theory) up to around 5500 RPM. I seldom turn more...

Has anyone put one of these motors in their Bronco? You can pick these up for around $3700. For the price, it seems like a pretty good deal for a long block built by Ford that comes with a warranty.

In some cases the gas fill line needs to be lengthened.

Depends on the kind of wheeling you do... I had a Detroit up front in my last Bronco when I lived in Utah and would not go that again if you are doing mostly rock crawling unless you went with ram assisted steering, chromoly axles and ox joints. It is a very capable locker and got me through...

The sector shaft lock nut on my 1976 power steering box is leaking. I am pretty sure this is a special sealing nut. Anyone know where I can buy a replacement? I looked on the internet and cannot find any. I am not a stop leak fan so I want to avoid that. Thanks
