    New Radiator - Advice/Suggestions Welcome

I run a cheap Champion aluminum 3 core radiator from Ebay, it was about $100 and has worked great here in Florida for 10 years. I use my Bronco like you plan to, Street, camping, fishing, and offroad.

New Wiring Harness (AAW) - connection to distributor

Any of the 1 wire HEI Distributors will simplify your wiring, you would only need one 12v wire from the ignition switch. As long as you have hood clearance they are a good option and work very well. I have run them for many years on several old Fords.

    Name this Carb

The fact that it's a 2100 rules out it being the original on a 77. The 77 would have had a 2150.

Bronco will not idle edlebrock 1406 issue

Sounds like the idle circuit of the carb is plugged up. Try to rev the engine with the air filter off and cover the air inlet on top carb with your hand while reving. This will sometimes suck the trash on through the passages and clear it up. If not you may need to take it apart and clean it out.

If you have an 88 manual column it should bolt/plug right in place of an 88 automatic column.

    C4 question/ stalling motor

I agree 100%, check for ported vac for distributor, verify the diaphragm isn't bad, and bump up the timing to at least 12 degrees. Even stock they really run better with at least 12 degrees.

I have had the cheap Champion 3 row aluminum radiator (from Ebay) for 10 years and it's been awesome.
