    Front bumper alignment

Make sure your aftermarket bumper is true. If it is, it has been almost 10 years since I restored mine but I believe you can move the body around in the mounts. Based on your pics, loosen the left mounts, push the body back. Do the same for the right mounts except push it forward. Left or...

Where can I find these folding tailgate seats?!

Check with Lou at LAL Customs. He brought a set of his tailgate seats to May It Forward a couple of years ago. https://www.lalcustoms.com/ https://www.facebook.com/LALCustoms/

Best method for removing old Hurculiner?

I used a heat gun and putty knife. Stuff came off fairly easy. Sanded the remnants afterwards. I only had to do the inner rear quarters because I removed the wheels houses and bed floor with a body saw. New metal went in.

    Drivers side vent, what...

The 66-67 air vent boxes appear to be steel and must be different dimensions from the later models. One of the earlier owners can confirm this. If this were mine, and I was not building a concourse Bronco, I would use the plastic air vent box available from our vendors vice modifying the...

    Limited slip differential installation.

Depending on how you use or intend to use your rig, if you're going to install a prebuilt unit and have the money, it is also a good time to upgrade the axles. I upgraded to a 31 spline third member with one prebuilt by WH and installed their extreme duty axles which come fully assembled with...

    Floor Pan brace

As for your second question. Those are not “brackets”. Someone spliced on inner fenders/core support as they did on mine. The fix for me was extensive. Cut the entire front off and replaced it with new.

    Floor Pan brace

Yes, on mine I found a factory doubler, which was also cracked. Its location caused the drivers door A pillar to droop. I cut the garbage out and welded new metal in.

What have you done to your Bronco today?

Following an unusually dry summer and roughly 5000 miles of smiles, our first snow fell on Thanksgiving and so did the road salt. Today I put the Bronco to bed for hopefully a long winter nap. Sounds crazy I know, but I love to ice fish and snowmobile. It will be at the 2025 May It Forward...

    Bronco Mailbox

My mom used to paint scenes on mailboxes for our family and friends. She used standard US mailboxes typically found at any big box store. Dad sprayed a marine grade poly on them once painted. I swapped them out during the winter months due to road salt but the finished boxes usually lasted...
