    New flywheel for 5.0 swap?

Any help on which 50 oz. flywheel to use with a ZF with a 92 EFI 5.0? How is the bell housing setup to interface with the starter? I have seen both the 164 or 157 tooth flywheel listed. I am assuming I could use a starter and flywheel from a 92 stang? Thanks for the help
