It looks to me that the pump sits to close to steering box to install the hose. Has anyone had this issue?

I just found out the explorer serp. is not an option. Since I live in wonderful California I have to pass smog. Explorers don't have a smog pump. Does anyone know the difference between the explorer 4.0 and 5.0 radiators?

I have a 76 and and I just looked (sitting on garage floor) the bellhousing is 6 bolts to the engine and 5 to the tranny. Hope that helps.

Cut the tub and fabricate a piece of sheet metal for an access plat. This will save you hours of frustration.

No I did not move the motor mounts. I used the stock bronco motor mounts and engine brackets.

I am putting a 1990 5.0 Efi and AOD in a 76 Bronco. I don't have enough room for the radiator and fan. Should I change to the Explorer/Mountainer front brackets and accessories or is there another option? What has everyone else done? Please email pics if you can. Thanks any help is greatly...
