    tailgate straps

Yea, they replace the loud and annoying hinges. I just bought some from my local pepboys....they sell them over in the help section. I think they were for a 90s F150. I have plans on installing them this weekend. I think I remember reading some old threads and someone said he used the 19"...

SOLD Front portion from 6 point Roll cage

I went ahead and chopped my 6pt cage to make it a 4pt. I don't off-road or rock crawl so having it block my ebrake and glovebox just wasn't worth it anymore. Someone can use this to weld onto their 4pt bar if they want to convert it to the 6. Just grind it out and weld 'er up! I will not...

Anyone have a PIC of the lower tailgate seal with retainer??

Not bad ideas. I'll have to ponder it over. That makes sense on the wagons only having them....my vin says it is a wagon so someone must have taken it during the years. I love your interior. Looks very good. Makes the EB look like a modern SUV. Very well done.

Anyone have a PIC of the lower tailgate seal with retainer??

Thanks for those pics! Mine doesn't look like it ever had one there. Does anyone know if these seals weren't standard? Or did everyone just take them off back in the day.

Anyone have a PIC of the lower tailgate seal with retainer??

Got ya. Looks like you did a nice and clean job though. I keep going back and forth if I want to cover the floor or just leave it bare. I take my dogs to the beach in the bronco and with all the sand that gets in there...not sure if I would go insane never getting it out of the carpet. But man I...

Anyone have a PIC of the lower tailgate seal with retainer??

Awesome. Those should help quite a bit in getting me in the right direction. I see you did the dynamat in individual strips in the bed of the truck. Did you find that it did not contour to the grooves well enough if you did not slice up the dynamat? That is another on my to-do list.

Anyone have a PIC of the lower tailgate seal with retainer??

I just ordered the lower tailgate seal (rubber) and retainer (metal strip) from Tom's. I was wondering if anyone has one of these installed on their bronco and can give me a pic so I have an idea of how these things go on and where. Unfortunately none of the vendors have great pics to...

Using 68-77 door parts (handles, etc) on a 66-67...can it be done

Sounds like too much work. Bummer. Guess I'll just have to miss out on the cool flap handles. Don't really want to deal with changing strikers and the what not. Thanks for the info guys.

Using 68-77 door parts (handles, etc) on a 66-67...can it be done

Tried searching with no luck. Is it possible to use the components (panel, paddle handle, window crank, arm rest) from a 68-77 door on the earlier 66-67 door? I was looking at new panels and realized how few options there are for 66-67 and have always enjoyed the paddle handle better. So...

SOLD Free hood off of 67 Bronco - in kinda rough shape

I hear ya. Gas seems to be the restricting factor for quite a couple of people. Someone needs to get those prices down! Pains me driving my bronco getting 10-13mpg right now.

SOLD Free hood off of 67 Bronco - in kinda rough shape

Nobody has staked claim as to it yet. So its free for the taking still. I put an ad on Craigslist and started getting all sorts of emails...took that ad down quickly. I hope to find someone here that has a use for it...if not it will go back on Craigslist where there were plenty of people there...

    power brake kits

Looks like a great deal. I got Tom's with the Chrome booster: $400+ shipping Proportioning valve: $60 Valve bracket: $15 So cost me a total of $475+ shipping. I would jump on a deal that gets me all that for 250. The brackets sell for half that alone.

SOLD Free hood off of 67 Bronco - in kinda rough shape

Lol. Sounds like an interesting project. The front of it does have some dents...so it might not be the prettiest office piece. But since its bronco...still damn cool. ;D

SOLD Free hood off of 67 Bronco - in kinda rough shape

This hood is kinda rough. The top of it has cracks and rust. Don't let the picture fool you...the look of this thing won't impress anyone....but hey the price is right! Thought maybe someone could use this that is desperate for a temporary hood. It still has the striker on it because I couldn't...

Suggestions for sealing holes in the cab

I like this idea. I have always been intrigued by POR15 and since that is the same stuff in a tube....sounds great. I am going to put an order in now. I think I am only going to use it on the drilled out holes in the cab. I am going to leave the threaded holes alone just in case I ever want to...

Suggestions for sealing holes in the cab

Yea, thats kinda the same idea I was thinking but using the weatherstripping....the foam kind they sell at like homedepot...not the expensive rubber that we buy for the other parts of the bronco.

Suggestions for sealing holes in the cab

Lol. The gf will appreciate me not using her hair dryer in the bronco! I do have an actual heat gun though that I will take to it soon. See if it gets mold-able. Currently whoever sits in the passenger seats gets a nice strong breeze on their feet and legs.

Grant steering wheel install question -- can't get horn button to stay

Thanks Mark. But to be honest, I don't even know what to ask at this point. I am at somewhat of a roadblock. I have stared at this setup 10x, and went through the instructions just as many. I just don't see any way this setup works as illustrated.

Grant steering wheel install question -- can't get horn button to stay

From what I understand the 3294 kit is for 67-74 and the 3285 is for 75-77. According to the website this kit should be the right kit for the Challenger wheel.
