Cigar lighter outlet to charge phone

I used the cigar lighter wire to supply power to another accessory. I want to run a new wire to the cigar lighter from a constant power block I hooked up under the dash. What amp fuse should I install if I use the the cigar outlet to power and charge my cell phone? Thanks .
