Eastwood has an inexpensive powder gun for around $160.00.and you can check Harbor Freight also. They Had one that worked pretty well.Eastwood also sells powder in half pound amounts for those smaller jobs,,,Dawg
try NIC industries,,,Prismatic powders,, They sell powder and liquid coatings,,I use their powders all the time,and they will sell as little as 1 pound of powder,,and some of the best powder I have used
any metal can be powdercoated,,I have coated pop cans with 2 coats for displays.one problem with pot metal like emblems is outgassing of the parts while curing,,if not done properly the metal can leave little bubbles in the powder making a horrible finish
