The tail adapter (between the trans and xfer case) also has to be drilled and capped for the 3rd shift rail of the 4 speed.

West Michigan has some of the best beaches (in the summer, of course). St. Joseph is about 30 miles from the Indiana toll road (plus you can take I-94 across Michigan and avoid all the tolls). I don't know if that is on your way there or the way home. There's a nice KOA campground in Coloma...
Rockauto has the purge valves if you can't find one. I bought one for my 90 Mustang setup and it works well.

You'll have to figure out where you want to mount everything and how to get the wires where you need them. 4 gauge wiring for your 8" sub/amp combo is way overkill for the 10amps max. it uses. It looks like Kicker actually provides all the wiring you will need in the box. You will have to...
Just curious, what makes these worth so much? I have a set of 4 15x8 Ford wagon wheels with all 4 center caps (I assumed from the 80s). I really don't have a use for them and would be looking to sell.
Since your distances are short, you can use 8 gauge or bigger. The reason for this is that you are not going to be anywhere near 130 amps output for any length of time. Most operation will be under 30 amps. However, if you plan on running winches, welders, or big electric fans for any length...
Ballast resistor is needed with the stock coil and stock distributor. Centech included the resistor in my kit, so I assume one would have been in yours.
I had to drill one of mine before. Just drill the head off and then you can remove the left over after the cap is off. Stainless screws in the aluminum threads don't like each other very much. Not that steel is much better, but I went to regular steel screws and anti-seize.

I soooo wanted to drive going to the sun road when I was in Glacier, but it was still closed in June.

Does anyone have a source for bulbs anymore? I bought a couple pairs many years ago, but not sure if you can find them anymore?
