    Radius arm bracket internal diameter

I would definitely repair that since it will chew up the bushing.

    Horn/Hazzard Electrical Problem

Check the copper horn ring to see if the ring has a bridge between the two sections.

    Radius arm bracket internal diameter

The hole itself is 1-3/8" in diameter. Mine has a a radius on the leading edge of the hole of 3/16", but I am not sure whether that is typical or not. My brackets look really good...

Rockers and Floor Support Rails Galvanized from Factory?

Here are a couple photos showing what I think is galvanized. You can see the rail is in really good shape, but I still had rust in the typical spot on the floor pan that I am fixing. The shiny areas are where I ground down the spot welds and right next to it is the dull look of galvanization...

Rockers and Floor Support Rails Galvanized from Factory?

Did you happen to notice the same thing on the floor supports? Mine is a 73 and I have found the same thing - inner and outer rockers are galvanized. I should take a picture and upload it. Paint doesn’t stick very well where you step at the door sill. Seems a little nastier than just regular...

Rockers and Floor Support Rails Galvanized from Factory?

Hi Everyone, While I tear into the sheet metal work on my ride, I have found that the rocker panels and the floor support rails both seem to be coated with something - are these areas possibly galvanized? Seems like it produces that white, wispy smoke that is common of galvanization, but it...

    Ultimate Tow Hooks

Two thoughts come to mind - a chain being only as strong as its weakest link, and a fool and their money are soon parted... It's for somebody, but it isn't for everybody.

    The ultimate thank you!

I'm really glad to hear that you are doing better. I have had friends who have gotten MRSA and it really gave them a new perspective on life. I guess I will be the first to say - I'd be interested in learning more about the details, gory or not. It's an important lesson for everyone because...

    Bent Ford 9 Housing???

You just order their generic housing and put in all the specs you want. Will allow you to customize brakes or whatever you want. My guess is this is where WH gets their housings from.

    Bent Ford 9 Housing???

Suggest that you also look at Quick Performance axle in addition to the one at WildHorses.

90 mustang efi install- no fuel to cylinders

Get rid of the adjustable fuel pressure regulator and go buy a genuine Ford regulator. The adjustable ones are not necessary. They are actually a problem if you don't set them correctly, and they cannot be adjusted to anything but a factory setting unless you can also adjust the tune accordingly.

90 mustang efi install- no fuel to cylinders

You can test the injector by applying a momentary 12v signal; just pay attention to the polarity when you do it. If you hear a click, then the injector is working correctly. If they don't click, you can soak them in Chemtool B-12 for a few hours to try and unstick the injector pins. You need...

In tank fuel injection pump domensions.

I used an off the shelf Chevrolet in tank pump assembly and I had to cut it down short by about 2 inches. Kind of a pain, but not too bad.

    Currie Enterprises

Even considering they are both 9” rear ends, the Quick Performance housing looks a lot like the super 9. Especially with the welded identification plate.

This is the reason I didn't buy the super 9 option and instead opted for Quick Performance. They can build whatever you want and the price is the best out there. Currie has more options for hardcore setups for crawlers, but QP is a better option for 95% of builds I'd reckon.

I just bought a setup from Quick Performance. Price was good compared to the competition.
