    Heim joint on end of radius arm?

    green73brc: Not the way I would do it either, but I like the frame mounting point to get it up and out of the way. Of course, if it hits the frame in articulation, then you've defeated the purpose. TJK74: The James Duff kit is along the lines of what I was thinking, just don't want to pay $545!!

    Heim joint on end of radius arm?

    Anyone out there tried this? I'm thinking you could mount a quality heim joint at the end of the radius arm vertically so the mounting bolt goes through the horizontal axis. This would allow free vertical and horizontal (within the degree limits of the heim joint) movement. Let me know your...

    Year is 1974. Model unknown, but it's not a Sport. It had the original C4 transmission before I changed out for an AOD in the past 6 months (barely driven so far). I'll look for loose wires running up from the tranny area through the firewall.

    Column Wiring: Reverse & Neutral safety wires???

    I've installed a B&M floor shifter and need to connect the reverse and neutral safety switch connections from the shifter back up to the wires coming out of the column. Can anyone tell me which wire is the reverse and which is the neutral safety wire in the column?
