I think 0-60 and 1/4 miles times are not even worth comparing as we know the Wrangler will stomp all over a stock Bronco.

Is there anything else anyone would like to see added to the comparison?

Unfortunately the JK pretty much smokes an EB at everything on paper...

How many of you have read the head to head comparison article on the EB vs the Bronco II?
Not just on paper, they put them through the paces, stock versus stock, and the BII won! Go figure! LOL

I have read the comparison; pathetic how sluggish the choked down 302 (even with aftermarket cam, headers and re-worked ignition per the article) was back in the day.

When I set out to do the specs, I had heard a comment regarding how HUGE the new JK's are and I thought, you know, I really want to do a side-by-side to see how much bigger they really are and you know what, they are basically a brother-from-another-mother in size.

When someone says they want a modern Bronco, I really believe the 2dr JK is a long-lost relative dimension wise. If a family has two children still in car seats, grab a JKU.

From the few honest opinions of having owned both on here, Bronco owners have reported that the JK is a more refined ride than that of an Early Bronco.

I had Heep's in the past. Box Cherokee and nice TJ. They were great. I think the Cherokee with a 4.0 per dollar spent in upgrades is one of the best 4x4's built. With that said, everyone has them which makes them inexpensive and loses the cool factor.

My wife liked the Heep's so much she bought a Special Edition Mohave Sahara 4 door JK for her daily driver. She bought it for the color, leather, and special emblems. Not a bad vehicle, but once you do own one you do understand. I personally like my Bronco. Just my two cents.
