1" body lift, 71 uncut U15 - wheels/rims, tires?

I'm nearing the end of a frame off restoration of a 1971 U15. It is uncut and I've got a 1" body lift with standard suspension. This is a restomod with a 427 stroker. I need to pick wheels and tires now. I want them to look as substantial as possible without hitting the wheel wells/uncut fenders. I like the look of the American Racing Baja polished wheels.

What is the most substantial tires and rims combination I can have with a 1" lift on an uncut U15?

I have a 1” body lift and a 1.5” suspension lift. Both from WHs.
245/75R16. The disc brakes wouldn’t clear with 15”s. Now I have a nice set of tires that I can’t return. Same as the ones on the truck, just R15.

I’m not a wheel guy. Probably the only place on the truck I went cheap. For me they just need to work and not look bad, to me. I like the Toyo AT tires.

You could go bigger than this but it becomes trial and error. If you access to a truck with the same bolt pattern and about the right size just try putting on one in the rear to see how it works. Searching here you will find sizes that have worked and sizes that have not. Width and offset of the rim can create issues very quickly.
