After 2 decades out of production, Beach City Broncos is proud to announce Early Bronco Doug Thorley long tube headers are back! Beach City Broncos is the exclusive distributor of Doug Thorley long tube headers for your 1966-1975 Ford Bronco.
Doug Thorley Headers are designed to outflow your stock exhaust manifolds. They are designed with an emphasis on maximum low and mid-range torque, while making ample horsepower throughout the RPM range. To make these headers last, Thorley makes them out of durable 14-guage mild steel (heaviest gauge header in the industry) with 3/8 in. thick flanges, 5/16 in. collector rings and O2 bung holes in both adaptor tubes. To prevent leaks, these headers have a steel O-ring welded into the flange, in addition to all hardware and high-temperature gaskets provided. Unless otherwise notes, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.
